Following the Government announcement of the proposed changes to end unlawful age discrimination in the Police Pension Scheme (the “McCloud” remedy), we have worked with our pension specialist colleagues to create a webinar. This Webinar is directly and solely focused on those officers who are/were in either the 87 or 2006 pension schemes as they may be impacted by these changes.

The webinar helps those effected get a better understanding of how the discrimination occurred, whether they are impacted by the proposal, and if they are, what will happen as a result.
