Fallen officer is remembered
South Wales Police Federation today remembers Chief Inspector Christopher Fletcher.
Christopher, who was 47, died from natural causes in his office at Ton Pentre Police Station on 7 August 2000.
Federation branch chair Phil Walker said: “Our thoughts today are with our fallen colleague and his family and friends as they continue to feel his loss.
“We also recognise his service to the Force and to the communities we all serve.
“We feel it is really important that we never forgot those colleagues who did not make it home at the end of their shift.”
