Ralph, 28, died in a motorbike accident on 2 November 1994 as he travelled home from duty.

 

“Our thoughts today are with Ralph’s family, friends and former colleagues as they mark this sad anniversary. As a Federation, we feel it is really important that we remember those colleagues who did not make it home at the end of their shift and honour their memory,” says Phil Walker, chair of South Wales Police Federation.
