South Wales Police Federation chair Phil Walker has today remembered PC Jeffrey Phillips on the anniversary of his death.
Jeffrey died, aged 35, in a road accident while he was instructing on a motorcycle course on 22 July 1983.
Phil said: “Today we remember PC Jeffrey Phillips and pay tribute to his service and sacrifice.
“Our thoughts are with Jeffrey’s family, friends and colleagues, as we remember a dedicated officer who paid the ultimate price in serving the public.
“We will never forget our fallen colleagues.”
