The chair and secretary of South Wales Police Federation have set out their key areas of work as they begin their next tenure in the roles.
Phil Walker has been re-elected as chair while Mike George has been returned as secretary.
Speaking in the latest edition branch magazine Federation Focus, they have highlighted their five priority areas.
They said: “Our job is to give our members a voice and to fight for their rights – and that is exactly what we will continue to do.”
In a packed magazine, Phil warns that public safety is threatened by the loss of experienced officers as the branch backs a new national campaign exposing the crisis in policing.
Phil also responds to the latest Pay and Morale Survey, which found that South Wales Police officers are among the most stressed in England and Wales.
