South Wales Police Federation is remembering the anniversary of the death on duty of South Wales Police officer, Sergeant Clifford Thomas.
Clifford was fatally injured in a road traffic accident while instructing on a motorcycle course on 3 October 1974. He was 49.
South Wales Police Federation chair Phil Walker said: “We remember Clifford, and our thoughts are also with his family, friends, and those who knew him and worked with him.
“Those who give their lives in the line of duty must never be forgotten. We will remember them.”
