Police Federation members are being invited to sign up to a free webinar which aims to help them better understand their pension.
Police Pensions: Know Your Numbers webinar is being held by the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW).
It takes place online on Thursday 24 September from 4pm to 5.30pm, and members can register now.
The webinar will cover:
- How benefits are calculated across the police pension schemes
- The commutation options available and how they differ
- How to use the NPCC calculator effectively
- Official forecasts and the timelines for making your pension choices
The webinar will be led by Mel Warnes, PFEW acting national secretary, and Paul Turpin, PFEW senior pension advisor.
